These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Vesti mobile application and website (vesti.style), operated by Memmers LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”). By using Vesti, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

Vesti provides outfit recommendations and style guidance. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (if any) and for all activity under your account.

3. Image Uploads

Vesti allows you to upload images of your clothing to receive recommendations. By using this feature, you agree that:

• You will only upload images relevant to clothing and style.
• You will not upload sensitive or inappropriate content (including faces, IDs, personal surroundings, financial information, or offensive material).
• You confirm that you have the rights to use and share any images you upload.
• Images are processed solely for outfit recommendations and may be temporarily stored during processing.
• Memmers LLC is not responsible for consequences resulting from the upload of sensitive or unauthorized content.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials within Vesti are owned by or licensed to Memmers LLC. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of Vesti without prior written consent.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Vesti at any time if you violate these Terms.

6. Disclaimers

Vesti is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that recommendations will always be accurate, available, or suitable for every occasion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Memmers LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of Vesti.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” reflects the latest version. Continued use of Vesti means you accept the changes.
